There is a road that puts most mountain roads to shame just north of Lacrosse, it goes to a little town called Mindoro, I donn't remember the name, but it's awesome!

I know we'll be riding this weekend if the weather is as nice as their predicting. (Highs of about 70)
Matt wants to do at least one more ride up to Wildcat Mountain.

It was too darn windy to ride on Sunday.

Rides?

Hey, Diamond.... Tell me pls. Where is the fabled Wildcat Mtn? Yes, it was windy in the truck driving back from Chicago but when everyone else on the road gets freaked-out, it's a perfect opportunity to gas it up and leave them behind! (oops! I gave away a "professional" secret) I'am uncertain about riding this wknd. but may leave the " getting ready for winter housework" for another day... I've also headed over to "sportbikeforum(s)" and will probly hold Dual Citizenship in the future. Tell me abt the mtn thing tho, pls. Thanks... Dave Green says there is some ride from Duh-buque up the river,also....

Wildcat Mountain is Wisconsin's version of Deal's Gap. Very sharp twisty road. Search on Mapquest for Ontario, WI. This is the northern end of it. It is Hwy 33 SE out of Ontario.
