Bad Shop (ProSource) Don't go there

Prosource had my bike for 4 months now and finally finished the motor work. I call them 4 hour before gettin my bike to let them know I was coming. I get there and they can't find my bike or the paper work. The reason they can't find it is because the left it outside in the ****in snow for the last 3 days. There was no oil in it about 2 quarts low. 4in of snow so I asked the guy is this how you treat peoples bikes his awnser "not really" what the hell kinda awnser is that. The didn't even brush it off. I tell them there is no oil in the damn thing they tell me go let it run the oil is probably frozen. New motor and they want me to run it w/ no oil HA HA. Don't mean to rant just want u to be aware of this place. This place is in IL. I'm really pissed over the hole thing if someone can let me know if there's anyone at Suzuki I can talk to please e-mail me.

That is f**ked up. I'll make sure not to go to that shop, I don't think I would. The guys at my local dealer are really good guys, and I will try and see if I can get a suzuki reps name for you. You should maybe find someone who really knows bikes and have them give yours a look just to make sure they didn't screw anything else up.

If they lost the paper work did that mean that you still had to pay for the work they did? Also did they leave the keys in it?

report em to the the better bussiness bureau, at least then if more people complain there's a record and maybe they shape up or die. That's complete bs. Talk to the owner and make sure he knows too, not clear if you just talked to a counter monkey?

Repeal helmet laws, they only protect people we most likely don't need in the gene pool any way!
