I think it is going to be very close. Bayliss is consitent, but when edwards has a working machine, he is one of the best. Bostrom will do well, but there are a few tracks where he always does bad. Of course you can never rule of haga. Either way it is going to be a good year for motorcycle racing.

I'd love to vost for Bostrom, but I feel Bayliss is going to win again this year.

Don't discount Xaus either. He really came into his own at the end of the season last year.

I put my vote on Haga. I know he is on a new bike and all, but if he gets it all together early he will win. I really wanted to vote for Xaus, but I think he is still a little lose. If he gets lucky and doesn't get himself in a whole lot of trouble he should do really well. He will be taking a lot of points from Bayliss this year.

I would like to hear form the people voting for other. Who are you picking?

Xaus would be a contender if he could keep it on 2 wheels. He keeps crashing in all his tests. He is fast but kinda wreckless.

My money's on Bayliss doing the double. The Ducatis are flying so-far in pre-season testing and Edwards doesn't seem too happy with the SP 2 yet. I think that this year is going to be really exciting and as long as Suzi Perry fronts the coverage for us, bring it on..........

I'm going to go with Hagasan. Although Bayliss is strong, but, the best superbike racing I have ever seen was two years ago at Hockenhiem. Haga showed what he is capable of and IMHO had it not been for the distraction of the so called "illegal substance" he would have been the World Champion - IMHO. He may be back with a point to prove. The talent is there, I only hope the equipment is too.

Frankie Chili is my favorite rider, I wish he would win it. He deserves it, he is so humble, totally disarming personality, and such a loveable person. Plus he has a wonderful accent. And he rides an in line four bike, and I would like to see one of those take the whole thing, seems like the last time that happened was when Scott Russell won WSB in '93.

But I am afraid Bayliss will likely win, but I think Colin Edwards could do it, I have seen him in a few races this year and he sort of reminds me of Mick Doohan (only he doesn't win championships like Mick Doohan!).

I agree that the Ducatis seem very competitive this year. Although I like their street bikes, I am sick of seeing Ducati win WSB races and championships and hope they win no more races period. And all those Ducati geeks can stay home, too.
