How big is your rocket?

12-3-01

Mine is a 600cc machine, or I think 599cc to be exact.

I tried to keep the number ranges in groups that make sense, as far as common sport bikes. If you have an odd, or uncommon, number feel free to explain.

Why would you rather have the gixxer 750. I almost got one for myself, but I had to get the telefonica.

Also, I would like to hear from the person who rides a 1301cc & above machine. What kind of bike is it, and why is it so big?

well 1303cc to be exact...
I wanted some more power from my ninja 600 so i found an old chev 350 block and cut it in half. It took some work but i bolted the chev cylindars to the ninja engine ....Thats all...Oh yeah, i took out the jets to allow more fuel, turns out the threaded holes in the carbs are just right......

You Canucks are funny, but your math sucks. Half a 350 would give about 2850 cc's.

Suck mean people!

How very strange BK.....my 9R is my first sportbike & I
sometimes think about getting a GSXR 750...

(but the 9R is better for all around street use)

Suzuki GSXR 600cc track bike. Penske shock, Ohlins steering dampner, Lindemann forks, Sharkskinz body work, Full Yoshimura RS-3 Titainium / carbon fiber exaust system, Yosh digital tach with built in temp gauge, Yosh clip-ons, WRM rearsets to name a few. Motor was built and tuned by G-force racing engines.

Check the list to your left. More power is fun. Yes my Busa is now over 1299cc. I think I have the same type of problem that Tim the Toolman has. More power more power . Only my stuff dose not blow-up like his dose.
