75 cb750 cafe project

Just made a deal for a 75 Honda CB750, and it's going to be a cafe racer within the year... but here's the current dilemma: I wan't to be able to take my wife out on it sometimes, but the cafe type seats just won't allow. Does anyone know of a triumph type seat cowl that may work to achieve the look, but also changeability for purpose? I have thought about just having two seats, but thats a bit of a pain. Also the subject of clubman bars. I've been reading that the the quality is different on a lot of brands, does anyone have experience with this? Or are they pretty much all the same?

thanks all

as far as your seat problem, id say maybe you can use the stock seat. and just bob the rear and have only a rear light after the seat or maybe check out Airtech fairings:

http://www.airtech-streamlining.com/

They make a bunch of fairings and seats. etc....maybe get some ideas there? most of the clubmans ive seen all look pretty much the same. Ive always liked clipons.

Slight update: If anyone is interested in seeing the bloody guts of this project, I've got a project thread going over at dotheton.com

Great site and people over there who are into the cafe racer scene.
