I have seen the light and changed coats

After a long stint of modern sport bikes, I have seen the light and become condemned to "vintage bikes." I pick up my '72 CB350, WITH a front brake disc system, next week for a total restoration project. For $50, 99% of the parts present and only a few minor rust spots, how can I go wrong? I will be turning her into a cafe racer. Now to the technical questions:

To those who know, was there much difference between the CB350 2 and 4 cylinder models? Besides the engine of course. I have found many non-engine components for the 350 four, but only a few for the two cylinder. Are the two interchangable?

Does anyone know of a company that makes stainless steel brake lines for the early bikes?

What is a good company to turn to for parts? Where is a good forum for the vintage bikes? I have been looking at www.oldbikebarn.com for parts.

Thanks!

welcome to the world of old hondas!

go spend some time on www.sohc4.net . A VERY good resource for people with your kind of bike.

The twins were enver that popular due to their odd firing order and the tight valve clearances that tend to go all wonky. A LOT of the parts on a 350 four will fit a 350T.

Have fun!
