1990 honda cbr 600 tires

I have a 1990 Honda 600 F1 that has been sitting in my garage and I'm finally going to put it on the road. I need to know what tires are you guys using on this bike? Thanks Jeff

What tire size is it? If it's the 130/70 and 110/80 like my '88 BT-45's seem to be the way to go.

The sizes for that year are 110/80-17 and 130/80-17

On my old F1 I threw on D207s I think. Wasn't really concerned with mileage. Was more concerned with not slipping with a 900lbs motorcycle. Okay, so it's not 900lbs, but it sure felt like it. =)

hey racerxgirl, how r those 205s, my rear tire is almost gone. I have metzeler lazers, but I only plan on changing the rear. I don't do track, but I plan on canyon carvin a bit.

iowazx6r, I'm pretty sure 207s don't fit f1 rims.

I'm sure I squeezed a 120 on the front. However, I did have to put a D205 on the back.

But I don't corner so I didn't care about changing handling or geometery. So I don't really recommend it.

Well, the D205's held up pretty good for the last trackday, however they still had nipples on them when i took them out, they are gone now..i did find thought that the rear tire was good, didnt slip at all...but the front started pushing out on me a few times, i could feel it wanting to tuck, no a good feeling..probably gonna try something different for the next trackday this sunday on the front. Will let you know what i put on it....or what i find for it!
