I try to use Ride Gear as much as I can considering they support this site. That and the discount for members is pretty cool.

Also www.Ebay.com Best prices in town... usually. If you know of a privatly owned bike shop near you, I would reccomend running down to them and see if they are liscensed retailers of anything. I get alot of my name brand gear though my mechanic at half retail. I got my Spec1R for $350 instead of the retail $499.

My mistake. It isn't a member thing per se, but a discount through SBW.

http://store.sportbikes.com/

Just enter the coupon codes during the checkout process.

Also try Sportsbikes.com. So easy for you just have to look at the upper left & key it. Bought my last pair of m/c trousers from them a few days ago & yes the price was reasonable, plus quick delivery by Fed X. Might be ordering a new Shoei helmet from them next.

Neat thing is not only does it have a toll-free 'phone number for Americans, but same for Cdns. Besides I can ask a question or two from someone that will respond right away by e-mail on the product, if they have it & such. Not for long convesations, but it helps in some questionable matters.

I spent quite a bit of time over the last few days buying new gear and visited a lot of online retailers. From what I could find www.newenough.com and www.metricbikes-superstore.com had the lowest prices. I just placed an order for the following at NewEnough;

ICMG** $90.00 1 Icon Merc Gloves
Up to $12 free shipping allowance on this item!
-(GR4L)
Green, Size Large
3-5 Days

HJCCL15OR** $106.39 1 HJC CL-15 Orbit Helmet-(GR3M)
MC-4 Green/Silver/Black, Size Large
1-2 Days

TKLJ**** $245.00 1 Teknic Lightning Jacket-(LSB44)
Lime/Silver/Black, Size 44
1-2 Days

The $12 free shipping allowance on the gloves came in handy for the overall order.

Being a dealer I don't have to much trouble. For things like tires I have found online prices below dealers cost, by a lot in some cases. But for riding apparel my prices are way below 'net prices.

My advice would be make a new friend who works at a bike shop.

Send me a PM on the gear you guys want. I can't give everyone dealer cost because, well I have to get paid. But I'm sure in most cases I will be able to beat 'net prices even with shipping.

My parts come from Parts Unlimited, Western Power Sports, and Tucker Rocky.

So let me know what you want and I will get you a price.
