jackets

thinking of buying a jacket soon. i live in pa, so weather is an issue. i would like something with a removable liner or something to handle temperature ranges from 40-95. Any suggestions? Also, what is difference in material(textile or leather)? How much differnent is mesh or perferated when it comes to safety and comfort? Please help, any opinions appreciated!

I have a Joe Rocket perf. leather, with zip out liner. Great jacket.
still too cold for 45' and $150 on sale. Also have a J.R. Phenix with all the armore.Better than denem, but not a lot. At 100' this jacket is more comfy than a T-shirt alone becase it gives you shade. About $80. When the sun goes down and temps get under 60' this is not the jacket I want on.
The jacket I ware 75% of the time is my Teknic Huricane tex. Wind and water proof with zip out inner and zip vents in the back and sleaves. As with the Phenix, not near as safe fealing as a leather race jacket, but an exceptible opssion.
All came with armore and zip to pants. On sale @ www.mawonline.com
note. J.R. and Teknic pant zippers are the same size, but are soewen in backworeds of each other. No prob. Got J.R. panets and had Teknic zipper terned around.
