Cold Weather Riding

What do you guys use for cold weather riding? By cold weather I mean 0-30F. Assuming I get my bike fixed, I am going to have to ride it . Snow or no snow, as long as the road is dry!

Dress in layers:

Here's how I do it when it gets below freezing:

Leather jacket, fleece liner, sweatshirt, long sleeved denum shirt, and a tee underneath it all.

A good pair of leather gloves and some liners.

Boots and 2 pair of socks.

Bandana or a leather scarf buckled under my helmet strap.

Long John bottoms and a good pair of jeans. I also have a pair of First Gear nylon riding pants for those really cold rides.

I only have about a 30 minute commute but I ride almost everyday as long as roads are dry.

I actually enjoy riding in 30-40 deg weather cause the bike runs so good when it's cool.

A few ccs short of a full litre.

get one of those neoprene (wet suit material) things that go on ur head (like a ski mask) or one that goes just on ur neck. i found a neck thing at REI it was $15 and it keeps the wind off ur neck and from going down ur jacket. but i am going to buy a ski mask one and see if that is better.
