Thats not true, MY girlfriend came with a manual... *open air valve and inflate till no creases are left in the plastic and enjoy*

Talking

I know this is an old thread but I just got my R6 and had to let you guys know her name.

Actually it was my girlfriend that named her. She said if she had to share me with another woman then she needed a name to curse.

Rita the R6.

I love my bike !!!

Well, I know I said that I was going to call my baby Cosette, but I have named her Raffi. That was my 1st g/f for 3 yrs whom I loved dearly...still do...Just wonder what she is doing now. We broke up because I had to move I guess that's the part of life that sucks.

Wings of the Angel

Well, I lost the other bike and I didn't have a name for that one...which could explain the badluck I had with it...

So for the next one if I get one, It'll be Named...and Baptised...

It'll be "The Wings of the Angel".

5 meanings I found for it until now, but there is probably other ones.

1st - The Wings of the Angels are what enables them to fly, just like a sportbike is diretcly related to flying because of the speed they are capable of.

2nd - The Wings of the Angel are also one main weapon they have against bad things. If they meet a bad situation, they can always fly away from it. So they are the protection of the Angel.

3rd - My nickname is Angel, so easy relation to me...

4th - The one I would like to not think about but is always there. Angels bring the dead people to heaven, thus the bike can be seen as the wings which takes you from one world to the other...yikes...better not think about that...

5th - Wings are what enables birds to fly, and everybody knows that birds are seen as representing Freedom. Freedom for me is really important, so hence the Wings...

So, Hopefully, the next one will be my Wings!

Buffy II

(I wrecked Buffy I earlier this year, but kept the name to remind me of the crash and what I learned from it)

Obviously the name is from Buffy the Vampire Slayer...

And, as a side note, my car is named Xena.

Both the bike and the car are, in my opinion, female in gender, and I wanted some strong female names for them.

Silly, maybe, but I like them.

Also, my mom's bike is named "Beauty" and my dad's is "The Beast" ;-)
