In 1996 riding with our club members just South of Idyllwild on State Route 243 I was going through the "S"'s before Highway 74. The ZX7R that I was following chucked a small piece of rock or gravel in my path whereas resulting in the bike tracking over it (SH**...not enough time to react...already under tire). I did not lose control of the 6 until just inside of the shoulder some "cage roller" brought dirt and sand onto the Highway 2 feet into the lane! RESULT..........LOWSIDE, minimal tumble, major slide from Lowside to Point of Rest (me) 120'. My 6 flipped & slid 130' (totalled). I was blessed.................Walked away from the lowside (6 did not) with about 12 abrasions and a tweaked ankle.

Blessed on that day!

the smallest thing?

lessee here fish fertilizer.....its a liquid sprayed from a agricultural sprayer in this case a vineyard, was sprayed in the vineyard 3 days b4 my lowside, well the driveway is very long and steep and the fertilizer is basically like fish oil, it dried on the pavement and 3 days later it rained, went down when the driveway got wet on the steepest part, that goes into a sharp turn, long story short lowside into the vines, damn i hate that stuff ....stuffs worse than ice!
