My favorite is Joey Dunlop (Died 02/07/00)

Joey showed the world that us old farts can whip ass on your young punks.

You will be missed bro!

Wink

I've got to say Haga, with the local boy Slight, coming second.

Me thinks Slight has come through brain surgery rather well, look to see him on the podium next season.

Well i know my nickname probably says it all!Kevin Schwantz rode on the edge like no on i've ever seen,i remember him talking about riding the rg into the sand on the edge of the track so he could get the back end to step out!The man had balls!Eddy Lawson was so smooth he made it look easy,Wayne Rainey probably the most intense competitor the sport has ever seen! These new bunch of P.C. riders should watch some videos and take some lessons!

Does it have to be a current racer? If not, Mickey Doohan.

I second that suggestion, he was a winner on and off the track if you ask me. He was a real Human Being not some snot nosed, ego maniac, IMHO.

Gotta love Colin Edwards. I have always been against the whole cowboy TX image since I grew up here, but he is a class act. Great rider, great attitude, and just has fun and dominates. He is by no means a legend or anything.

Legendary riders? Hmmm. Everyone is talking about WSB and GP racersm, give some credit to some US racers! Duhamel has never been anything less than totally determined.

Careful Rob, Duhamel is Canadian and we wouldn't want Squidwannabe's head swelling would we?
