I'm not really good at these, but it looks like a Vincent to me....

Edit: The closest thing I could find to it was:

http://www.motobykz.co.uk/Vincent/Vincent.htm

http://www.motobykz.co.uk/Vincent/Vincent2003.htm

The tank in your pic looks dented though, and there is no windscreen like in the links I posted, so I don't know.

The God of the Old Testament is arguably the most unpleasant character in all of fiction: jealous and proud of it; a petty, unjust, unforgiving control-freak; a vindictive, bloodthirsty ethnic cleanser; a misogynistic, homophobic, racist, infanticidal, genocidal, filicidal, pestilential, megalomanical, sadomasochistic, capriciously malevolent bully. - Richard Dawkins, The God Delusion

I think it's a NorVin; a Vincent engine in a Norton frame.

injected is the winner!

spicersh thanks for the link, these are 2004 models!
Maddjack you were very close, but it isn't a Vincent, just a Vincent engine. That's why I named the trivia 'Classic Special'

So, congratulations to injected

The name Norvin comes from Norton and Vincent (frame-engine) and it was regarded as an improvement, the Norton 'Featherbead' frames and 'Roadholder' forks were the best at the time.

Bikes named in the same fashion : Triton, TriBSA, NorBSA and others.
