ill guess maybe a 1902-1904 triumph , when they were starting to make motorcycles instead of bicycles. im probably way off and too early even. But the knee pads on the gas tank make me say triumph.

By style of construction, I will guess mid 30's to later 40's (due to WW II), and Italian built. Pure speculation.

Keeping the "Hap" in "Happy Holidays"!

It is a 1951 Laverda 75cc. I hope you enjoyed searching for it as much as I did.
