First 4-valve per cylinder racebike

What year was the first 4-valve per cylinder racebikes introduced and by which manufacturer.

Bonus question; What was unique about the brake, clutch, and throttle.

my guess would be an board track racer, probably an american manufacurer,

board track racers for the most part didn't have brakes clutch or throttle, brakes only slow you down, and running at wot without choice prevents the rider from panicking and doing something stupid like rolling off,

Hi Lt.Gust,

You are correct! It is an American manufacturer and it was a board track racer. But what year was it and which manufacturer.

Regarding the brake, clutch, and throttle, you are correct again... they didn't have any. Speed was controlled by cutting off the ignition.

I don't think there was a 4 valve per cylinder before the 1924 Rudge 350cc.
In 1925 coupled brakes using a linking cable appeared and remained until prroduction ceased.

Keep looking Aris... 4-valves per cylinder were introduced in the teens.
