Hm, good one. The frame and swingarm look like a Yamaha TZ250, but IIRC the TZ does not have an exhaust under the tail. It's definitely not a Honda at all...nor is it an Aprilia.

My guess: late-90's TZ250 with custom chambers and bodywork. Can't think of anything else...I'm stumped.

You re not even close...
It's not a custom bike though. It has competed in GPs in the exact form you see, and it was very recently. Not in the 90s.

Ok, I'll bet it's one of the variants of the Proton KR3, or its Modenas predecessor. The rear wheel stand they're using looks very familiar, anyhow
