A beautiful racing bike

This is one of the most beautiful racing bikes ever.

Hi Mike,

No, this is not a supermono, it's a GP bike!
I pasted the pics together to get the whole bike. As you can see both frame and swingarm are made of carbon fibre!
The size of the radiator should give a good idea about the engine

Cagiva 500cc Grand Prix Bike? I think Cagiva was experimenting with a carbon fiber frame in the early-mid 90's.

Ted900 you re right!
It's the 1990 Cagiva GP500 (I think called C580) with the carbon fiber frame and swingarm that Ferrari made for them!
It's a wonderful piece of F1 technology in 500 GP.

Here is a picture of the complete bike, it sure looks good

the early mv agusta's were tested with cagiva 500 bodywork. i wished they kept it.

the cagiva 500 was one of the most beautiful bikes ever.

I really liked the ones Mladin, Kocinski and Chandler rode.
