Crazy bike!

What do you think about this bike guys?
It certainly looks different, the rider is completely faired in. In order to get off the bike there are quite a few bodywork panels that need removing first
Anybody knows what it is, when it was made or it's top speed?

God knows what it is, It's obvisouly only designed to go quick in a straight line, Not much fun then !!!!!!

If somebody wants to try to find it, there is a writing on the bike that can be helpfull. But not much, otherwise I would have removed it as well

2nd hint.
It's not the Pirelli decal I'm talking about

It's not a college project at all. It was built by a highly respected worldwide expert chassis builder and tuner and it produced 250 PS using petrol only and 300ps with nitro.
And that was in 1986!
