New to the Forum

Hello,
Ive just gotten back to the Sacramento area after a 4 year stint with the Marine Corps. Never had a shortage of riders when i was in the military, but now that im back i wanna get back in touch with some more riders.

Ive been riding for about 9 years now, so im new to the forums but not to riding. I started riding my friends 2000 Kawi ZX6 when he was selling it, after that i was hooked and bought a POS 88 Kawi 250 for $300 because i had to keep riding and didnt have alot of money. After that died I bought a 2000 Honda SuperHawk and rode that for many years. After i joined the Military i didnt have my bike with me and bought a 2001 CBR 929, I rode that for a little under a year before i crashed it (low speed high side, motor damage bike was essentially totalled) After another few month hiatus i had to have another bike. I bought a brand new 2008 Yamaha R6 and rode that for about a year and a half when i came across my dream bike for a STEAL a 2007 Aprilia RSV1000R and sold the R6 to have the Aprilia. I recently low sided the Aprilia the day i was leaving North Carolina for California (about 29 degrees and the bike had been sitting in storage for a month or=lack of traction) I bought a 2005 GSXR 1000 for a really good deal and have been riding that latley....so yeah, like i said, ive been around the block on quite a few bikes...

Good times fellas...

Welcome to the Forums, and thank you for your service. Spent a year or 22 in the Corps myself, and now work for them at LeJeune.
