Wow, where to start with this. A 600RR is can be quite a handful for your first bike. Many experienced riders advise beginners to start out on something smaller and used. do a search of this fourm on things like '1st bike', 'best beginers bike', etc and you'll see all the reasons why. A *great* thread that is currentlly active called "solid, practicle newbie advice" is something that you should read all the way through ASAP. Not only will it adress issues of why 600cc bikes often make poor choices for 1st bikes, but it also includes information about the MSF course. Better yet, it includes a great post from our new member "Giddeon777" about his experiences taking the MSF course this past weekend! hearing from another beginner about those issues can be invaluable to other new riders (who often think or feel that vetren riders are looking down on them).
IMHO, it would be a waste to spend $200.00 on anything *other* than the MSF course.
hope this helps,
