Thumbs up

Dave Sadowski is running into difficulty getting airtime on motorcycle racing events due to competition from past World Champions looking to make some money in the same line of work. In my opinion Dave is a much better commentator and offers a lot of insight into what is really going on during a race such as bike set up, strategy, etc. Dave has been a top Privateer racer for years and is closer to what it take to win that some of these other guys that have everything done for them by their crews. I always enjoy a race more on Speedvision when Dave is doing the show since I always seem to learn something more about what is going on. If you feel the same way as myself, please send Speedvision an e-mail to let them know. Thanks!

When it comes to AMA racing then Sadowski is one of the best and I too like his commentary. He is a sharp guy. However, I'm not sure which others you are talking about. As far as I know, the only competition that Ski could be getting might be Freddie Spencer. When it comes to roadracing Ski has nothing on Spencer. Ski is more grassroots than Spencer but that is where it stops. Spencer has significant AMA and World GP(multiple Championships) experience and ended his career in the AMA Superbike series. What I like to see is Ski in the pits and doing commentary from there. The down side is that they don't get much on air time.

I will add that Ski has been busy doing a show for television. I believe it is a 1/2 hour show that gears a little more towards the technical stuff. He said in a interview that it was taking alot of him time to make and promote. They are marketing it to ESPN, Speedvision, and Fox Sports. I'm not sure of the current status but it sounded like it should be a good show.
