Thumbs down i guess my bike has an appettite for more than gas

so a few weeks ago we went on a nice group ride. well i seen a bird flying into my path and i knew i nailed the little bugger. i turned to see where he went, but couldnt see anything. so i didnt pay any attention to it and parked my bike for a week or so. a couple days during the beginning of the week i smelled a rank smell. i figured some of the mice i have around that ate some rat poison and croaked. nope.

well guess what i found when i took my air filters out. that FUCKING BIRD!!!!! that i nailed. dead and full of flys and maggots. i knew something was up when i changed the oil and a few maggots fell down from somewhere. not so much fun pulling a bird from your airbox. down right nasty!!!!!

demonRR 1, little birdie 0

and to think if i didnt order a new intake and velocity stacks, i would have never realized or thought about a bird being eaten by my bike and rode it like that for who knows how long.

WARNING
If you are reading this then this warning is for you. Every word you read of this useless fine print is another second off your life. Don't you have other things to do? Is your life so empty that you honestly can't think of a better way to spend these moments? Or are you so impressed with authority that you give respect and credence to all who claim it? Do you read everything you're supposed to read? Do you think everything you're supposed to think? Buy what you're told you should want? Get out of your apartment. Meet a member of the opposite sex. Stop the excessive shopping and masturbation. Quit your job. Start a fight. Prove you're alive. If you don't claim your humanity you will become a statistic. You have been warned...... Tyler

Well... I think I know my next mod.

Only thing I've ever had happen with a bird on my bike is head to head <helmet> contact. Birdie went night night and landed on the ground. Glad my visor was down for once!
