PHOENIX GOLD Octane-R 4.0:2 2 Channel Amp NEW 2004 400W

Does anyone have any feed back on the new Phoenix Gold amps? I just bought a Phoenix Gold Octane-R 4.0:2 2 Channel Amp with 400watts at 4 ohms/1 channel. I got it for $120 off ebay today. Supposedly it is brand new with warranty. I already have a Phoenix Gold M44 which I bought 11 years ago, and a P.G. ZX200 which I have had for 3 years now. Never had any problem with any Phoenix Gold amp in the past. But I payed a total of $700 for the M44 back in the day when they started making the M44's. And I payed $500 for the ZX200. I don't see how the new amps are so cheaply priced. Anyway, I blew my 10" punch subs recently, so I bought a pair of Polk Momo dual voice coil subs. Problem is they are rated at 300 watts rms/600 watts max. My ZX200 will not even come close to running the new subs. Any suggestions?

Thanks...
