2000 SV650s misfiring at low RPM's

I changed the plugs and plug wires but it's still doing it. It's the rear cylinder but it only does it between 1,100 and 2,000 rpms and ONLY when i'm giving it gas. When it's just idling it idles fine no matter what I set the choke at. In other words, I can have it idleing at 1,500rpms and it idles fine but if I try and accelerate from 1,500rpms it will misfire. Once you get past about 2,200 it accelerates fine though. Where should I go from here?

edit: How hard is it on a bike to ride when it's misfiring like that? Would it hurt anything if I just left the choke on to keep it idling above 2,200 when I'm not on the interstate.

What did the old plugs look like when you took them out? Sometimes this can tell you if there is a fuel or compression problem also, and did you double check your work? It s always possible one of the new plugs got cracked or something
