I took a brief look around and the closest I found was a 160/60-18 in the Z6 line. Linky.

Is this a custom wheel or stock? If its stock, have you checked out bike-specific forums to see what others are doing?

Its stock for a mate who has a Honda CB1000, I have already changed to a 17" wheel but he wishes to keep to an 18" for as long as possible, so, any help would be great.

Check out the forums at the bottom of this page. In particular 600rr.net might be helpful.
