Disabling Tail Light Modulator?

I recently failed inspection (NJ) for having a tail light modulator on my 1996 Ninja ZX-6R. This bike is new to me, so I have no idea who did the installation on the modulator/tail light integrator (bike has no blinker stalks anymore). I have attached pics of the wiring and the modulator/integrator unit. I have searched the Internet for wiring diagrams or instructions on this modulator (which seems to be the same as the Competition Werkes Assimilator) with no success.

The wiring layout goes something like this:

FROM JUNCTION BOX TO MODULATOR:

GRAY --> YELLOW --> RIGHT TURN SIGNAL
GREEN --> ORANGE --> LEFT TURN SIGNAL
BLUE/RED --> RED --> BRAKE
RED --> GREEN --> TAIL

FROM MODULATOR TO LIGHTS:

BLUE AND BROWN --> LEFT TURN/BRAKE
WHITE AND PURPLE --> RIGHT TURN/BRAKE
BLACK/YELLOW --> BOTH
GRAY --> ??? (NOT CONNECTED)

Does anyone have any experience installing these things that can provide me with directions on how to turn off the modulating light and make it solid when I apply the brakes? Apparently this is an installation option when you connect the unit, but I have no idea what to change. Thanks in advance...

You have a turn signal intregrator, not a taillight modulator.
Basically you just remove all those horrible little wire crunchers. Then I'd try to locate a wiring diagram on the internet under M.D. Wright, Inc. and reverse the process.

Actually, it is an integrator and a modulator. It does both.

I got the wiring diagram from the manufacturer today, so it looks like I'm good to go.
