cbr f3 throttle.

Hi i have decided to install new grips for my cbr 98 f3, and when i took the old grips off i saw the throttle (plastic cylinder that turns) seems to be cracked. What are they called? and is it easy to replace them? thanks
if possible how do i replace them?

Throttle tube?
They are pretty easy to replace, they are held captive by the platic switch housing. You gotta be a tight careful with the throttle cables, but its nothing bad. A new one is avalable for $17
