I tapped off all that I didnt want to be touched by the paint remover, then used "aircraft remover" to strip the paint

must wear gloves, burns skin - I learned the hard way

So, whats next

(By the way the other side still has paint . . . )

So, Whats next?

I planned to just go straight to buffing with a "baby-soft rag"
and some mothers aluminum polish.

But I dont think thats right, I'm missing something . . . right?

What-cha got?

Straight to mothers did an OK job

When polishing with mothers, you buff untill the polish turns black, then wipe off, and on the first try it shined.

I said to myself "that was easy"

For my first jab at it, I did prety well

Did you go from #320 straight to 2000, or did you make a couple of stops in between? Looks like it came out pretty good, but you'll be polishing it with a rag every few days from now on. Worth the trouble.....
