It's a video of a father who has been overseas for 7 months coming home and suprising his son at school in front of the class that wrote him letters. The kid sees his dad and gives him a hug and instantly starts crying.

There's also this sappy music playing as soundtrack and they do a slow motion shot of the boy running to his dad as he starts tearing up. Pretty decent film editing...subtile yet powerful.
