just go buy the 88$ tile saw at HD and do it yourself, it's really easy! Honest.

+1 on the DIY. I've done one bathroom, one kitchen, and one entryway myself and they have stood up well. You can rent a super deluxe tile saw for $50/day or so. Or better yet find a friend or neighbor who owns one and buy him a case of beer.

Seriously, if you've already got the old floor out you've got the worst part of the job done.

Yup, I do it for a living. I'll give you one of my guys numbers and you can just pay him direct for whatever time it takes to do the install.

Call me at (586) 531-3515

I did a marble floor a couple of years ago, and at that time I measured all my cuts, took the tiles to HD and they cuth them there for me for free.

Thanks guys for the help!

I don't feel like I want to do this myself, so I'll be calling around for some installers.
