1999 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport For Sale

Picked up my new 06 Avalanche the other day and now I am selling my 1999 Ram 4X4.

Color: Blue
Miles: 115,000
Engine: 5.9 liter (360ci)

Asking $9,500 obo
Will take a little less.

The bike in the forground IS NOT INCLUDED!!! It is the only picture I have of it at the moment. If interested I can take more pictures of it. The truck is in real good shape, one little dent on the tail gate from when the tail gate cable broke. (2 new cables on it now.)

Winter is coming and a 4X4 would come in handy on these Michigan roads.
Avarage gas mileage i figure to be around 12 mpg. (not great but when you are stuck in the snow it doesn't matter what the gas mileage is now does it?)

yes i agree, no offense, it is a beautiful truck, and i happen to be in the market for a truck, but once you hit that 100k mark, even on an engine that will last 250k (since that 5.0 chrysler will) it's still a very hard market. shit im tryin to sell my 04 mustang gt with 18k on it, stickered at 27g last year, and im only tryin to get around $17g out of it and i've only had like some tiny nibbles...

good luck, and if that price does end up dropping down that 3 or 3.5g, i might be interested pending my car sale and availability of one certain other truck i want.

I respect all of your opinions but I would be nuts to drop the price down to 3 to 3.5 grand especially since the chevy dealer I bought my Avalanche from offered me $5,000 trade in and it blue books at $11,000 for dealer re-sale even with the miles it has on it.

This is the same forum that told me I couldn't get $5,000 for my 91 camaro. Well, I didn't, I got $4,750.

was it that teal camaro rs that belonged to your wife? was that you? if so, im amazed, honestly, that you sold it for that. if it was a z28 that would seem like a good deal, but honestly amazed if its a rs.

and no offense at all, i hope you sell your truck for what you want, im trying to sell my 04 mustang right now and having a hard time at $1500 under blue book and $4500 under dealer retail!

again good luck, may i suggest ebay? i have had extremely good luck selling vehicles, especially trucks, on ebay.

Yep, that is the same rs camaro.

A friend of mine has been trying to sell his 03 Mustang Cobra for almost a year now and has only had rediculous offers.

Dont be offended, guy...
It's just the facts... If dodge is offering 6K sticker off a new one, people will bite... Your best bet is to check bank value and not "Blue Book", BB doesn't hold a candle... Bank value is where the real figures are...
My 05' after discounts and EP purchase was 21k.. On a $34,000 truck..
Lease was $233mth and I had to roll a bit in so it's a tad higher.. Thats on a 36mth 15k a year..
The dealer offered you 5k and they are going to ship it right to auction and it will sell for 5-6k and no more.. It's got over mileage and they dont want it on the lot.. BUT, if they did keep it, it would sell for around seven thousand..
