holy crap, how many "accidents" will there be before they can do something? and a$$hole people covering up a child hit by a car.

I feel so sorry for those kids. I hope the parents get charged with criminal neglect, endangerment...whatever. As long as the kids get to a safe place.

let me see if I got that straight....

2 children killed by cars in the street.... one caught in a meat grinder and all being supervised by a registered sex offender?

what are child services waiting for?
