Halloween Ride Sunday, October 30th.

This ride is always a good time. For those who have not ridden with us on this ride, we dress up in costumes. It is real good fun...the kids in Downtown Royal Oak get a kick out of it.

We usually end the ride in Downtown Royal Oak where they have their Downtown Spooktacular Trick-or-Treating from 1-4 the day we are riding. There are hundreds of kids asking to take pictures with us and stuff.

This is not a very long ride, just to let everyone know. People have costumes with shit hanging off of them that could blow off, and it is usually cold. But is fun, it is definitely one of my favorites.

Trick-or-treating is in Downtown Royal Oak from 1pm to 4pm. It is usually at its busiest time closer to 1:00. So here is the ride plan...

Meet at Dave & Buster's at 11:30 to leavy by Noon-ish. We will then head East on M-59 to Gratiot. Gratiot South to I-696 where we will go the minimum speed limit. Then the normal path to Downtown Royal Oak.

The temperature looks like it will be flirting with 60 degrees, so it could be warm(er) out. Just remember the purpose of this ride is not to blaze down 696. Lot's of people have delicate costumes, so we will go at a considerably slower pace.

Once in Royal Oak we usually eat, then split. Often times we usually ride more, but the communities around town do not have a gathering like RO does.

See you all there!!

It was a blast last year also. Didn't Chris get a ticket after we all left the mall because of his mask or something stupid like that? I'm obviously doubting I make it because of myself not being in the state, but if I can, I'll try and make it up there(With a high-speed costume )
