Tickets and Lawyer References

The Law office of “Robinette and Walton” is highly recommended by myself and many other riders. Pretty much any concern that originated in Macomb County can be fixed through Mr Robinette or his partner Ms. Walton. Their number is 586-979-6000 and they are located on the east side of Van Dyke between 17 and 18 mile road.

BTW, I got stopped again......along with a handful of other people this week.

Robinette refers other lawyers such as "Joe Palazzolo" for Wayne. We could really use a "shoe in" for Wayne though. So anyone with references is welcome to post them up.

My last write up outside of Macomb was for 4 violations in Ann Arbor. Joe represented me for this, and got 3 of them dropped, but the last being speeding, was only reduced from 20 over to 5 over, limited speed access. It was a no point ticket, but none-the-less it was still a ticket.

Oh yeah last week i got off with a warning after being caught 17 over + radar detector. The cop was laughing his ass off because the detector didnt even beep after he made a U turn and parked behind me with the radar on....

20 Over the limit
Tinted Windows
Crack in the front windshield
Equipment violation, drag radials (depth of tread)

1.) I got a doctor to write a note for the windows
2.) I replaced the front windshield
3.) I talked to the cop and he reduced the 20 over to 5 over limited speed access.
4.)Joe Palazzolo got the equipment violation dropped and ensured the 5 over ticket...although I was ticked, because it really wasn't much. If it had been in Macomb, EVERYTHING, would have been dropped.

Damn i didn't even know 2 & 4 were ticketable, especially around here. I've got a crack in my windshield

What do you drive and how come the cop decided to do an inspection???

I've never had anything like that happen to me, no matter what i was driving (300hp awd talon going 22 over, my 300zx with 1mm deep firhawks drifting a left handed turn etc).

Um, why the cop decided to do it...I can only assume as follows: I had a riced out Honda accord. Although I was doing 20 over, another honda blew by me at the speed of sound. This accord that passed me had no plate, a cracked windshield, and the driver was "pimp" driving with his afro tilted to the side. The state pooper pulled in behind each of us, let the other guy go...although no plate...and then proceeded to write me a novel. The state pooper was black...ironic? I dunno, maybe I deserve everything, but it seemed very shady at the time.

Point of all of it...be respectful, speak softly, and carry a big lawyer!

I talked to Joe, and he said he can for sure get my ticket/fine reduced, and possibly dropped. He charges $250. That's the price I gotta pay for being a stupid
