Close Call?

The following is a link to an article that I heard about today. It's a little lengthy but interesting to say the least.

Pretty scary stuff.... and just one more reason that stricter searches and checkpoints need to be used at airports on everybody.

I'll gladly get to the airport 3 hours early if I know it means improved safety.

Yeah that is crazy. I know this girl that works at the airport and she can bypass security any time she wants. I actually had her fly my little bro home a couple of weeks ago and she gave me a badge to wear and we both walked right past security. No searchs or anything. My brother even had the wrong name on his ticket by mistake and they didn't catch that.

It really comes down to how much is this stuff going to cost in money, and time. I'm a flight instructor building hours to get into the airlines, so I know a little about my future. Truth be told, that article hits it on the head. Unfortunately, our great country has a problem with discrimination, even when it's due. Everyone's supposed to be all good and happy. So therefore, by having everyone happy, it actually infringes on our own rights as citizens. I could go on and on, but just remember that you are a person can have just as much as impact as a terrorist if you go to stop them or recognize what's going on. Never be afraid to bring attention to any situation. Fly safe, and enjoy the friendly skies
