stolen bike

my bike was stolen last night. Novi area around haggerty and 9 mile

Red/black CBR F4, 1999, full akrapovic exhaust. please be on lookout

plate #? I see those bikes a lot. Anything to distinguish it? Aftermarket screen, etc?
Are you in those apartments there? They've had problems there in the past.

Luckystrike, are you talking about Bill's ratbike. Sorry to hear about your bike getting lifted joshmonica. I dont drive there much but I do drive a lot in metro detroit. Anything obvious to look for.

akrapovic exhaust, carbon fiber ram air covers and front fender, frame sliders (black), tinted windscreen, sprint steering damper.

prefect shape.

filed a police report immediately after i noticed it missing but thanks for that tip

That sucks big time Thieves need to be shot. I suggest lookin up an article about these brit bikers that wait in a van with a purty bike sittin about 20 feet away, in an area known for bike thieves. Wish I could remember the link, might make you feel a little better... not gonna help get your own back though.

I hate to ask but, was it fully covered with insurance?

That sux! I hope the cops find the guys responsible sson and you get your bike back. We've4 got way too much riding to do for you to be bikeless Good luck man!!!

yep, bike was fully insured

i guess the good and bad of it is... i need to get a new bike. shopping for toys is always fun.

worried the same thing will happen though.

well i will figure it out when the insurance check comes in. anyone know how long that should be.
