Question West Virginia

Has anyone ridden Rt.# 33/119 west of I-79 to Rt.#16 If so.

A- Road conditions
B-lots of curves
C-traffic
D-cops

Need to cut over to Rt.#16 S. and will be on this road all the way down to N. Carolina then I will pick up Rt.#221 SW heading to Asheville

Route 33 is good. Some gravel, light traffic, and few cops. Route 16 varies a lot. Watch for gravel on 16. From I79/Rt33 look at 19 south to Route 4 to 16 south. From Gassaway to Clay Junction is real good. When are you heading to NC?

Living in WV has me wanting a bike even more...

Hell, even Rt. 60 has some nice twisties....

I tell you what, when I get my bike, I'll get on here and try to work up a date for everyone to come on down to my neck of the woods and we'll tear up the back-roads. Some of the little country roads I take almost everyday have hairpin curves, like you wouldn't believe.

We did a ride on Sunday that included a trip from Pburg to Seneca Rocks and back. Not sure of the exact route though, but I know for sure we took 47 all the way to Elkins and then from there I dunno. I'm the rookie of the group so I just go out the road and turn wherever I see people waitin on me

Has to be one of the guys I ran into at Seneca Rocks and then again on 50. Any chance?

You guessed it! This is Dave. I was the slow one on the 929. You know. The one ALL THE WAY in the back? How's it been? I'm still a bit sore from that ride, but was one hell of a trip. I guess Kevin is thinkin of hittin 250 somewhere round Moundsville or somethin like that this weekend. WE'll find out.
