Brake fade

I've been battling this for some time with measurable success. I can bleed the brakes untill they feel great, but within a few sessions the fade is very noticable (I've getting better at braking with 4 fingers, since I couldnt do it with two anymore). I've gone so far as to bleed the brakes in between sessions, which helped, but not solved the problem.

This time I'm going to rebuilt the calipers with new seals, replace all the seals in the master cylinder, and probably get new lines. Is there anything else I can do to solve this problem once and for all?!?!?!?
