Questions about NESBA rules,...

I was reading the NESBA manual and it said that 2 piece suits must have a full circumference zipper My fieldsheer pants only have the small length zipper The jacket has the small length and has the full length zipper. The full length zipper has already zipped to it the other side of the zipper or the zipper that should be attatched to the pants. Do you think I could get away with having the other zipper professionally sewed to the pants? Will they give me a problem if I do that?

Almost any boot/ leather repair store could add full zippers on the jacket and pants. From the little work I have had done to leathers I would say the integrity of the zippers sewed to the leather is just as good as a factory made. It might not look pretty, but I have seen some ragged, patched up leathers make it thru tech ispection, and if you have a jacket/ pants that look new with full zippers, I bet they would be allowed.

It don't think the lok would antter seeing that the jacket would be over the pants and I dont wear the pants without the jacket. I can see how they would sew it n the pants and I dont think it would look that bad.

Just needs to be a full curcumference zipper, doesn't have to be pretty... ('')
Any leather shop should be able to do an acceptable job.
