Ripped Off! Warning, And Help Please

I need everyone's help. Bob Brown of Empiregp.com returned my fairngs to me with the decals backwards under the clearcoat. I returned them to him to be repainted a second time. I got them back today and they're totally the wrong color. He mixed the paint colors and won't fix the problem or return a portion my money. I sent him $500 to paint the fairings. If there's anything he'll respond to it's the voice of many motorcycle enthusiasts. Please e-mail him and let it be known that you won't do business with him because of the way you he took Seth's money without doing the job correctly. email address is "[email protected]"

P.S. If I cross thread this article it's only to reach many sportbike enthusiasts to prevent them from suffering the way I have with this peticular business owner.

Definitely won't send him any business unless we hear back that he has resolved your complaint. He SHOULD repaint your bike if it's wrong like you said.

Good luck.

See what Robert has to say when he's back (19th??) since they are an advertiser here he'll likely take an interest in the subject.

Exclamation

Wait wait wait, I saw this exact post on another motorcycle forum and the painter had quite a solid defense (a small part of which was the crappy photoshop job on the above photo). I'll try to find the forum and post a link here.

You're right. As I recall they said the photo was phony, and the thread basically ended that way.
