Track Day/Track school Insurance???

I think for many (me included), the hold back on doing a track day, or taking a track/racing course is fear of wrecking thier bike with no insurance coverage. Does anyone know of any insurance companies or track schools that offer policies to cover your bike for one day track events. Or if not coverage for a track day, what about attending a riding course at a track. I have already asked my insurance co (state Farm) and they won't even cover a "street riding" course held at a track.

If you crash on a track day, you insurance company doesn't have to know it happened on the track.
