Sportbike saddlebags

Hi, i'm planning some trips on my f4i with the girlfriend, and wondering if saddlebags http://www.lockitt.com/OXlugsportpannierpic.htm tend to get in the way, do they attatch onto the rearseat rendering it useless or what? Any help is apprecitated

it's not my fault....

I'm not sure about the f4i or the bags that you have looked at but a buddy of mine has a tl100r and some Joe rocket saddle bags that work well, the passenger seat and pegs are still usable when installed.
