F4I roadtrips

I've done quite a few 1000mi trips, not too bad at all...just a matter of stretching at each gas-stop. My question is this...anyone taken a passenger on an f4i (02, so no bananna seat) for like 5-800mi in one day? if so, how'd they fair? more importantly, how'd you fair? how'd the bike fair?

it's not my fault....

If the passenger is a 4-11 / 101 lb athlete I'd take her, and I have an 05 with banana seat. Other wise I don't really think the bike is good for a passenger. I also have a VFR and my wife doesn't like to ride it for long. I guess I spoiled her when I had my GL1800 lazy-boy-for-2. I got rid of it and got a ST1300 with trunk/backrest, that was o.k. (for her but still toooo heavy for me so its gone).
Seriously, I wouldn't like to ride on back for long any bike without a backrest. If you and your passenger are young (early 20's) and in good shape you could probably do it, just stop and stretch alot.

cool, thanks for the input, i'm thinking of adding a busa to the colleciton anyway, so that might be better...no backrest, but hey

it's not my fault....
