actually, you don't get a choice between bolt-on and slip-on, it's determined by the manufacturer's design. an easier example to see--all 97 and up GSX-R's have bolt-on exhaust. look at the can and you'll see it. r6/r1's have slip-on's.

personally, looking at your choices, i would buy the muzzy. i think they sound good. their build quality is on par w/ 2 bros. but they are cheaper.

you don't need to rejet with any pipe. you do to gain any performance from it. also rejetting will make your bike easier to ride (if done right). it's your choice, but i would definitely rejet it.
