DiRT
I'm putting my foot down and saying that DiRT is the best racing sim to date. Graphics win hands down, physics make for a fun time, damage is rendered well, and the slo-mo during replays KICKS ASS.

Anybody who likes racing, and especially fans of the Colin McRae series needs to check this game out. You'll love it.
