Thumbs up

anything from Satch would be great for riding. Another that comes to mind is "Radar Love" by.....ummm, dont remember. Or any other road song really. Personally, I dont listen to music while riding, it would probably amp me up to the point of riding WAY over my head. BTW, I'm envious of all you out there who can play guitar, its been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember...one that I plan to realize.

Satch is just too cool. I would kill to see him live in concert (ok, not "kill", but I would definately throw rotten fruit at someone).
I have a friend who probably actually would kill to see him in concert. He has every album, with every artwork, and is currently collecting his vids (DVDs actually).
Think he's seen Vai in concert though...

The lead singer for Audiovent is the younger brother of the lead singer for Incubus. Make sense now?

I'm not sure on this, but I believe it's by Golden Earring

My favortie line is "The parrot is no more. He has ceased to be".
John Cleese is TOO funny.

I'm partial to the scene in the Holy Grail where John Cleese is the annoying French Guard.

"So called, Arthur King. You and your silly knees bent running about behavior"!

The ultimate insult: "I fart, in your general direction"!

Glad to have someone who "gets" the cerebral humor of Python.

Have you seen the "Twit Olympics"?
Another great one.

Wow! Now I am thoroughly impressed! I thought I was the only 'rider' who had good taste in music. Satch! Hell yeah! He is THE premier guitarist. Yeah so Vai or Malmsteen might be technically faster than he, but as far as composition and song writing abilities go, Joe wins hands down.

As far as background motorcycle video music is concerned, I wholeheartedly agree with everyone else's suggestions of 'Summer Song' and 'Motorcycle driver'. Though I dont think 'Satch Boogie' would be appropiate. I can't imagine a film shot that would make sense during the Tapping solo.

I think 'Ceremony' from Crystal Planet would a be better choice...
