Brand Spankin' New

Brand spankin' new rider that is! I am in the process of buying my very first bike, a new Ninja 250. I wasn't sure about going for a 250 at first but since I'm only 5'3" and very new to riding I decided it was best to practice, practice, practice and then move up to a 600 when I'm ready. I wanted to find a forum where I could hopefully find support/advice/and the common desire to ride!

Great bike choice for someone your size. You should have a blast on it. Too bad the weather is headed to the freezer soon up there.

Have fun and stay safe. Stay away from Chicago for awhile.

I've got a 250 sitting in the basement right now that I could convince the owner to sell. It has been dropped at stand still a few times, but most of the damage is in the levers (replaced since) and the turn signals.

Anyhoo, those bikes are FUN!!!
