Geez, you let a couple VTX's in- next thing you know we're overrun with cruiser dorks!
A little info before you go- the Spirit is a better choice than say an ACE because of the dual-crankpin motor (smoother, more power). Other than being boring, there's nothing terribly wrong with the Spirit. Go for it!
I blame my one month as a bike salesman for having this incredibly useless factoid stuck in my brain.
I'm working on a 97 spirt 1100. It had been dropped but still looks very good. I cruised it around a little and I liked it much better that the ace.
