Talking New pictures of the '03 Honda 600RR

Well, I can no longer hide it... I'm completely infatuated with the 'O3 Honda CBR 600RR!!! I found these pictures today on an Australian websites of a 600RR with race plastics and aftermarket exhaust.....f**king awesome!!! The earliest release date I've been able to confirm at a local dealership is March, but I've heard as early as December '02. Either way, I'll be riding one this coming Spring!!!

Question

Does anybody know who made the race-plastics and the exhaust in these pictures? I know it's a European/Australian company, but I haven't been able to find them on the internet.

wouldn't it have to be Honda/HRC for now since no one else has gotten their hands on one yet????

Repeal helmet laws, they only protect people we most likely don't need in the gene pool any way!

Having read the article on the Australian website I'd now have to agree with you. They mention that HRC has a lot of race-kit accessories planned for the bike, so I'm assuming that the plastics and exhaust are HRC. Also, there are HRC stickers on the bike in the pictures, so maybe you're right! Though the tail is much different than the RC211V, which has a cutout toward the end of the tail for the exhaust (see picture).

I know that I'm gonna get race plastics for the bike as soon as I get it, I'm unsure what kind of paint job I would get. I'm thinking of a replica of Rossi's #46 bike, in honor of the king! Any other suggestions???

Oh, I dunno. How 'bout Barros' West colors? Much better looking than Rossi's, and after being given an equal machine (actually, Barros' bike is reportedly still a notch below Rossi's true factory bike), Barros has proven Rossi ain't quite the "King" everyone makes him out to be!
At's one reason GP has been a real sleeper this year. It's a shame more riders weren't given equipment equivalent to Rossi's.
The following series were much, much, much better than MotoGP last year:
AMA Superbike
AMA 600 Supersport
AMA Formula Extreme
FIM 600cc World Supersport
FIM World Superbikes

There's probably a few series I missed, but except for the last few races when Barros was finally given close to equal equipment, MotoGP was a real yawner...

All I ask is a tall ship and a star to steer her by.
'Course, if there's a hot tub at the end of a long day in the saddle, who am I to complain?
